They are young, strong, and intelligent! They keep me on my toes and in the books to provide concise information. Each group has had their own personality and I am grateful for what I learn with each. This group blends nicely. I am always interested in seeing the connections form and the Yoga Sutras played out. It was in the sweep of stepping one foot between the hands without floating the knee outside the ribs, by-passing the knee to chest movement. What happens? Tight hamstrings? Weakness of abs? Weakness of hip flexors? Habit? Large chest?&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;All can be the answer or just one. Practice the movement of drawing the knee foward to the chest and aim the foot forward! Try not to open the hip.
