Settled in.

Finally, I have emptied all boxes!

I have taught my yoga class, Monday, and Pilates class on Tuesday.

Looking for a location for Teacher Training in the Tampa area. Maybe at LA Fitness in New Tampa. Will let you know soon!

OH MY! Where have I been? 

Moving to Florida as my husband retires? Closing my MA. Yoga Studio? Finishing up a Teacher Training Class? Yes, yes and yes. 

My hope is to come back to blogging after July 4th, 2009.

The next Teacher Training is this weekend and I am excited to have Neeru Rani Poddar teaching the Feldenkrais Method on Sunday.
Has anyone studied this method?

Peace of mind

Whether it is found in a vacant church, on a drive through the fall foliage, or on our mats... it is just a breath away. Finding the stillness at the end of my breath always work for me.
